Dr. Elisa M. Norris

Dr. Elisa Norris graduated with an Ed. D. in Learning Organizations and Strategic Change. She works with school districts along the east coast and mid-atlantic region as a member of Group Dynamics and Strategy Training Associates, Inc.

 

In that role, Dr. Norris works with leaders to diagnose and assess leadership challenges within their districts and then develops effective training curricula for team building, authentic collaboration, vision casting, interpersonal skills, and organizational effectiveness.

 

She has conducted numerous training seminars including: Developing Executive Presence, the Art and Science of Leadership, Alignment and Attunement: Vision, Mission, and Goal Accomplishment, and Striking a Balance Between Leading and Managing, among many others.

 

An accomplished trainer, Dr. Norris uses her expertise in adult learning theories to assess behavioral and performance issues that may have an impact on productivity among employees at various organizations.

 

In learning organizations such as school systems, an increase in productivity and effectiveness, an alignment of vision, mission, and goals, and a healthy culture and climate ensures success at every level of the organization.
